Before proceeding with the intervention with the ALL-ON-4 method, the specialists carefully plan the treatment: the first step of dental therapy is an initial visit to verify the patient's general health. An in-depth radiographic examination is then performed via CT scan to evaluate the bone's quantity and quality, and the dental arches' impressions are acquired.

What is meant by the ALL ON 4® treatment concept?
The ALL ON 4® treatment concept is an efficient solution without additional bone grafts that offers patients fixed complete arch prostheses on the same day of surgery.

- Rehabilitation of the complete arch thanks to only four implants. Two straight anterior implants and two implants with a maximum inclination of 45° in the posterior sector,
- Immediate function (fixed temporary bridge),
- For patients who meet the criteria for immediate loading implants,

- Thanks to the inclination of the posterior implants, it is possible to avoid bone grafting: the available bone is used.
